Week 1

We'll give you a taste of what Uni life can be like. Derby's renowned for its social events and since you've got no lectures that matter this week you can make the most of it.
On the Sunday we'll kick-start with a knees-up at the barn dance in hall. It's a brilliant way to wind down after a hard day of travelling and unpacking.
During the first 3 days, Fresher's fair runs in the Portland Building, it's your chance to join a huge range of clubs and societies.
Look out for 3-legged football, a great laugh and hopefully even a prize. There's pride involved, Derby Hall are current champions.
Every night around campus there are theme parties, bring any random costumes you've got, all as a build up to Derby's Friday Night Fever.
The week will be culminated in a huge final bash at a venue in the city.
All tickets will be available from the Week 1 reps:

Graham Douglas
Anand Kasbekar
Rachel Seymour
Jess Hughes
